How do I install the app?

What is Keto?

Keto, or the ketogenic diet, is a diet that focuses on getting your body in a state of 'ketosis'. This is done by limiting your carbs intake and increasing healthy fat consumption so your body begins to burn fat instead of sugar for energy. This means your body is losing fat leading to weight loss and your energy levels are more sustainable due to significant reduction of sugars.
